In case your nubs have worn out, are jumpy and don't work too well anymore, this is what you want.
We will replace both of them with new ones.
General instructions for all after service repairs:
Put everything you want to be done inside your cart, then complete your order.
ALL prices include the needed parts as well as the labor.
So in the end, the price you have in your cart will be the FULL price for all the parts and the repairs needed.
What happens if something can't be fixed?
If your Pandora has a damage we can't fix, then we will not charge for that.
So i.e. if you order an LCD Cable Replacement but it turns out that it's not the cable that's broken but the PCB itself and we can't fix that, then we won't charge for that.
What happens after my order?
Package up your Pandora and send it to us.

DO NOT INCLUDE A BATTERY WITH YOUR PANDORA!
For most international shipments, batteries are restricted goods!
Be sure to include your name and order number (a printed copy of your order email or similar is fine as well).
For international shipments where you need give value informations for customs, use 100 USD as value.
We don't care how you ship the Pandora to us, you can use UPS, DHL, Fedex, your local delivery service, etc.
Whatever you want - but if you ship it uninsured, be aware that we will not cover any losses (we will give you back the full payments for your repairs though).
You will receive an eMail when your Pandora has arrived here from us as well as one when we ship it back to you.
Can I add other items to my repairs as well?
Yes, you can add anything from the shop here to your repairs order as well.
Be aware that these items will be shipped back together with your Pandora though, we won't ship them right away.
