Questions and Answers:
Q: What's the difference of Revision 1 and Revision 2?
A: Revision 2 has a few improvements. It features an improved DPad silicon mat and keyboard as well as a less shiny case (that doesn't collect fingerprints as easily). It also uses the Z8750-CPU, which is minimal faster than the older one (you probably can't notice it in real life).
The latest version (I call it Rev. 2.5) has a lid made of Aluminium.
Q: Is it possible to install a different OS (i.e. Linux)?
A: Maybe. The device has no locked bootloader, but there is no official support for anything else except Windows 10. Besides, similar Intel SoCs are known to have issues running Linux. So it might work, but we cannot promise anything.
Q: Is it possible to install a different Windows 10 version?
A: Yes. You can find the drivers for that here at the downloads.
Q: Can the memory or CPU be upgraded?
A: No, that's not possible. You can only increase the internal storage using a MicroSD-Card.
Q: Can the GPD Win play ALL Windows PC Games?
A: In theory, yes. However, RAM and Processor can cause issues. The processor is about as fast as a normal desktop PC from 2010. Many current Indie games and other not-processor-hungry games will work fine, but don't expect it to run the latest commercial games (like Witcher 3 or GTAV) in full speed!

Another Nifty Little Device
I've had my GPD Win for about a month. With Steam and GOG Galaxy, I've downloaded a reasonable number of games, and all have worked except Civilization III. I'm sure with a bit of investigation I could get that working too. I haven't tried anything too recent, but 2010-abouts and earlier games work well on this device.
I've run into a few issues with dlls and the like, but I kind of expect that with Windows and they were all easy enough to fix.
Five stars for DragonBox for quick postage and GPD for this amazing little device.
Perfect for anyone who loves to tinker and the idea of a extremely portable PC, not to forget its gaming capabilities.
